The GP's at this practice are excellent - The majority if the reception staff are too! I was mildly annoyed this morning by one receptionist who advised me that the booking in system would not allow me to book in because I wasn't on time for the 11 am emergency clinic - when I arrive twenty minutes early do I get bonus points!

Seen on time. Care. Kindness. Understanding. I was completely satisfied with my GP and also the nurses. Receptionist helpful and efficient.
